AXS LAW has secured another defense victory in federal court

AXS LAW has secured another defense victory in federal court on summary judgment for its publicly traded client Motorsport Games, which had been sued by one of its senior executives from Australia. This is the second victory for Motorsport that AXS LAW has secured against its former executives, having previously defeated a claim by its previous CEO.
