UCHI MIAMI by @themiamimenu

Short Rib | sofrito, sunchoke tostones, thai chili, negidare

With new concepts coming to Miami every week, it was only a matter of time before James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole would bring his star Japanese restaurant from Austin to Wynwood. Finally, Uchi Miami has opened its doors to eat, drink and indulge.

Uchi, which translates to “house” in Japanese, is just that. Leave it to your servers to recommend the best dishes in this tucked-away eatery based on your preferences. The food is fresh and simple yet incredibly flavorful. A few menu highlights include the king crab (sea urchin, corn and uni), the oyster special (lemongrass, coconut, finger lime) and sweet potato tempura (chili beer, spicy honey). With over 50 menu items to choose from, there are options for everyone.

Miami Menu tip: Make sure to “Set Alert” on OpenTable if you are not able to get a reservation as they tend to open up easily!
