Jeremy ben-david

For Jeremy Ben-David, the key to success is to “get comfortable being comfortable.” As one of the founding partners of AXS LAW Group, Ben-David brings a unique insight when providing legal advice on real estate and corporate transactions. An entrepreneur and real estate investor himself, Ben-David has the business and legal experience as well as the “guts” to help his clients optimally navigate risk, rather than avoid it.  He was recently named to a distinguished list of “Top Lawyers” in the 2020 South Florida Legal Guide.

As a founding partner of AXS LAW Group, Ben-David brings his “big law” experience from Miami’s Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP and in-house experience from his time as Corporate Counsel at Bayview Asset Management, LLC. As an experienced real estate and corporate transactional attorney, he has represented companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to large, multinational companies, through all aspects of a business’ life cycle, from formation and growth through liquidity and exit. His clients encompass diverse industries, including media, real estate, hospitality, alternative financing, commercial equipment, retail and fashion. 

As a successful deal-maker, Ben-David has successfully closed over $750 million in transactions in his personal and professional careers. He has worked on acquisitions and dispositions for commercial real estate investment groups as well as a multitude of commercial businesses. Ben-David is also a principal and general counsel for BAS Holdings Investments, LLC, a real estate advisory firm headquartered in Miami.

In addition to his professional experience, Ben-David is active in the Jewish community and is a member of Repair the World, an organization that mobilizes and engages young adults in social change in their communites. He also volunteers his time with other nonprofit organizations, including Miami Lighthouse for the Blind.

Ben-David graduated with honors from the University of Michigan in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006, where he graduated cum laude.
